TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • We do our utmost to ensure all menu items are available at all times, however market availability and sometimes unexpected spikes in sales can mean some menu items can be unavailable.

  • Menu availability and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a menu item without notice at any time.

  • We do not accept booking through social media, only through our website.

  • When ordering from the group booking menu, any change in numbers to your group cannot be accepted without 48 hours notice.

  • Any deviation from the set menu due to dietary requirements must be sent by email (info@avocabeachhouse.com.au) 3 weeks prior to the event.

  • When booking for events that require full payment, we will do our utmost to on sell your ticket from our wait list. If less than 1 weeks notice, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this. In special circumstances, we may offer a credit to the value that can be used within 3 months.

  • For any refund from cancellations we reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover the costs from our financial provider.

  • Where an invoice is raised for an event , the $1000 deposit is non-refundable however can go towards a rescheduled event within 3 months of the planned event.

  • At all our events, we hold the right to ask guests to leave for breaking rules (i.e. no smoking including the balcony area, excess alcohol or abuse to any of our team).
