At Avoca Beach House Restaurant, we cater for large groups by offering a selection of set menus to suit any taste and budget.
To ensure you and your guests are looked after within reasonable time, we offer a set menu for groups of 11 or more.
For group bookings over 16 we offer a 2 or 3 course option with alternate drop for mains (plus dietary requirements).
Set Menu Option 1: $49pp (Lunch Only)
This is a good option if you want to relax and enjoy the views and our fantastic cocktails.

Dietary Requirements
We are able to accommodate any number of dietary requirements. Please inform us at the time of making your booking.
Menu Changes
Our head chef is happy to customise any set menu to individual requirements. If you require this, we recommend meeting our chef to discuss the options he can offer. These changes may require adjustments to your price per guest. You will be advised of this once our chef has met you.
Let us know if you are bringing a cake
A cakeage fee of $3 will apply, which includes cutting and plating. For an additional $2, enjoy it with a scoop of our homemade ice cream!
Terms & Conditions
For groups of 11 or more we require your party to pre-order their menu to help ensure your event is enjoyable and runs smoothly.
We require a 20% holding booking fee. This is only a holding fee and is not charged to your account. If for any reason you have to cancel your event, we require 10 days-notice, otherwise we will charge you the 20% fee.
Menus will need to be emailed 7 days prior to the event and confirmation of final numbers 3 days prior. Please note that full payment for the set menu can be taken on the night and your bill can be split equally up to a maximum of 6.
Group booking times at lunch can be flexible based on seasonal trade. In peak trading times, we offer 11:30am to 2pm or 2:15pm to 4:30pm.
Our evening group booking times are at 5pm to 7pm and 7:15 to close. In the low season, we are flexible on times.
All group bookings are for 2 hours, however were possible, we will extend your time at your table.
We allow table decorations and balloons for birthday parties etc. We do not allow any glittery/small table decorations that could end up in someone’s food or get into the ocean. Everything must be taken away with you at the end of your time at your table.

We have a fully licensed bar offering a great selection of Cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks.
