A local collaboration not to be missed
We are thrilled to be collaborating with the renowned winemakers at Brokenwood Winery in the Hunter Valley to bring you an epic degustation with matching wines.
Join us on Thursday 30th March as we treat you to a 5-course feast of fresh seafood, including miso cured salmon, our monkfish with chowder sauce, as well as succulent lamb loin with salsa verde & beetroot.
You will be guided through the wines on the night by the team from Brokenwood, which have been expertly matched to each dish, including their famous 'Sticky Wicket' dessert wine, which always hits the spot.
Tickets are $112 per person, and as always, seating is limited so get in quick! A perfect chance to un-wine.
